Jai Mata Di Decoraters

We have been running Jai Mata Di Decoraters for quite a while now. Our place is located at D-14/96 in Tedhi Neem, Godowlia, right here in Varanasi. It is very close to Jai Narayan College, which is the landmark we usually give people when they are trying to find us for the first time. The streets around here are always busy, but we managed to make this spot our home. We mainly handle decorations for weddings and different types of local functions. We work a lot with flowers, various fabrics, and some lighting setups too. It is not a very big operation, just a few of us making sure everything looks decent for the events we take on. Sometimes the traffic in Godowlia makes it hard to move our stuff around, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we liked working with our hands and being part of people’s celebrations. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. It is just a practical workspace where we keep our supplies and meet with families. We try to keep things simple and just do what is asked of us. People come to us from all over the neighborhood because they know we are right here. We have seen many shops come and go, but we stay put at Tedhi Neem. It is hard work, but it feels good to see a finished stage.
