The Functioning Events

Operating out of Varanasi has its own set of challenges and rewards. The Functioning Events is situated on the Sigra Mahmoorganj Road. If you are looking for us, we are near the Santoor Hotel in Sigra. It’s a lively spot with a lot of energy. We spend most of our time coordinating different bits and pieces to make things happen. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes things go wrong and we have to fix them on the fly. That’s just the reality of this kind of work. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what’s possible and what isn’t. Our office is a place where we drink a lot of chai and look at calendars. It’s practical and honest. Being in the 221010 area means we are right in the thick of things. We see the morning rush and the evening crowds every single day. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking in with different people. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just work here. Sometimes the rain slows things down, but we manage. It’s about staying busy and keeping our heads down. We’ve been in Sigra for a good bit now and know the area like the back of our hand. It's just us doing what we know how to do.
