Sunshine Spices

Sunshine Spices is located right in Balaji Nagar, specifically the Durga Kund area. If you know where the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir is, then finding us is pretty easy. The temple is always busy, especially on certain days, so there is a lot of energy around here. We work out of this small space. It smells like spices all day long, which I guess is expected. Sometimes the dust from the grinding makes us sneeze, but you get used to it. We aren't some massive factory with robots. It’s just us handling the jars and bags. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in. If it isn't good, we don't use it. Simple as that. The traffic on the road can be a bit much in the evenings when everyone is heading home or to the temple. We usually start our day before the sun gets too high. It helps keep the place a bit cooler. People around here know us by name. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny flyers. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here. It’s a local operation. We keep the floor swept and the shelves stocked. Sometimes we run out of things faster than we thought, and we have to scramble. But that's just how running a small business goes. We like being part of the neighborhood.
