Our company is Rusa Organic Farmers Producer Company Limited. We have our office at C/O Subodh Kr. Gangwar in Maharajaagrasen Nagar Colony, Harunagla. It is a local neighborhood and we fit right in. We are a group of organic farmers who decided to organize together. Subodh’s place in the colony is where we handle the business side of things. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a room with some chairs and a lot of files. We spend most of our time talking about organic farming and how to get things done. Harunagla is a good place for us. People are friendly and they know what we are trying to do. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound like a big international firm. We are just local farmers. The work can be tiring but it is what we know. We meet up at the colony office to figure out the next steps for the company. There’s usually some tea being served and a lot of discussion about the crops. We aren't into slick advertisements. We just rely on the work we do. If you stop by Maharajaagrasen Nagar, you’ll see us there. It is a humble setup for a producer company. We just keep moving forward one day at a time. It’s about the land and the people who work it.
