Derhgawa Kalyankari Organic Farmer Producer Company Limited operates out of the place at C/O Anju Raiderdhgawan. We are basically a group of farmers who decided to team up. Dealing with organic crops isn't always easy because of the weather and the extra work involved compared to regular farming. We spend a lot of time in the fields and then coming back to coordinate everything. It's a local effort. We wanted to make sure our produce was handled properly by people who actually know the land. The office is really just a spot where we gather to talk about the harvests and what needs to be planted next. There are a lot of us involved now. It started small but being a producer company helps us manage the logistics better. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity, just a bunch of folks from Derhgawan working together. Sometimes the rain messes up the schedule, and other times the paperwork piles up on the desk. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a farm-based business. We focus on the organic side because that’s what we know. People in the area see us out there every day. It’s hard work, but we like being our own bosses in a way. We just keep our heads down and try to get the organic stuff to where it needs to go without any big speeches about it. It is just life on the farm.
