If you’re walking near JRS Coaching in Durgakund, you’ve probably passed our place at Red Carpet Event And Artist Management. We are located right in Kabir Nagar, which is a busy part of Varanasi. Most of the time, the area is full of students and people heading to the temple. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we keep busy in there. Managing artists and setting up events takes a lot of phone calls and sitting around planning things out. We don't have a big reception area with fancy lights. Usually, there are just some chairs and a lot of notebooks scattered around with lists of what needs to happen next. Varanasi is a place where things happen at their own pace, and we’ve learned to work with that over the years. We know the local vendors and the people who can get things moved when a stage needs building or a singer needs a microphone. Being near Durgakund means there is always noise and life outside our door. Sometimes it’s a bit much, but it keeps us energized. We aren’t trying to be some global agency. We just handle the local artists and the events that come our way here in 221004. It’s a lot of hard work and late nights, but that’s the nature of the job.
