R J Event & Organiser

We operate out of House Number 30/8 in Shivpur, Varanasi. We are right by Ravi Tent House and near the Normal School. Being an event organiser means we spend a lot of time on our phones and even more time on-site at different locations. R J Event & Organiser is a small team. We take care of the details for various types of gatherings. Whether it’s a birthday or a local meeting, we try to get the chairs, the stage, and the sound sorted out properly. It’s a lot of coordination between different people. We know most of the vendors in the Shivpur area. Sometimes things go wrong, like a light bulb blowing out or the weather turning bad suddenly, and we just have to fix it on the fly. It’s not a desk job. We are always moving around and checking things. We’ve been in this part of Varanasi for a good number of years. The neighborhood is very familiar to us. We started this because we liked putting things together for people. It can be stressful when the clock is ticking, but we manage. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just organise things. It’s practical work for real people. You can usually find us near the tent house, checking on equipment or talking to clients. We just take one event at a time and try to keep things moving. There is always something to do, whether it's counting chairs or checking the speakers. We like being busy.
