P.M.T. Educational Center

We have been here in Laxmanpur for a while now. P.M.T. Educational Center is just the name on the board, but for us, it is where we spend most of our days. It is easy to find if you know where the Bio Center Hostel is in Shivpur. Varanasi is a busy place, and this corner of Shivpur gets its fair share of people passing through. We just handle the teaching and the paperwork. Most of the students live nearby, or they take the bus to get here. It is not a very big setup, just a few rooms and chairs where we get the work done. The 221003 area code covers quite a bit, but we are right in that specific spot. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening classes are finished. It is pretty straightforward here. No one is trying to be fancy. We just focus on the lessons and making sure everyone has a place to sit and study. If you walk past the hostel, you will see our sign. It has been there for years. We keep things simple because that is what works for the local families around Laxmanpur. It is just a regular place for learning and getting ahead with the school work. We don't have any big corporate plans. We just want to keep the doors open and the students focused on their books each day.
