Nirman Institute

You can find us at N-1/70 in the Nagwa area of Varanasi. This part of town has its own very specific character and pace. Nirman Institute is basically a small, simple building where we hold our classes. It isn’t a big campus with fancy gates. It is just a few rooms where we have put together some desks and chairs for the students. Varanasi is a city where things don't always happen in a hurry, and we follow that same style. We don't rush through the lessons. Students come here and they stay for a few hours at a time, just focusing on their work. The streets around Nagwa are often narrow and crowded with people and traffic, but that’s just the reality of living and working here. We have a steady group of students who show up every day. Most of them are from this side of the city. We don't really do any promotion or marketing. Usually, people just see our sign on the door or hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. The inside of the institute is very basic. We have some fans to keep the air moving and a few old shelves for books. It is a quiet place once you step inside. We focus on the study materials and try to help everyone understand the basics. It’s a simple life of teaching and learning in Nagwa. That is just how we do things.
