National Colonisers & Builder

We are located on the first floor of the Kamla Complex in Kamachha, Varanasi. It is right near the Sayri Mata Mandir, which makes it easy for people to find us in this busy city. National Colonisers & Builder works on various land and construction projects. Our office is usually filled with dusty blueprints, site maps, and a lot of paperwork. We aren't the kind of people who sit in air-conditioned rooms all day in fancy suits. Most of our time is spent out on-site, checking on how things are being built. We’ve been in the Kamla Complex for quite some time now and have seen many changes in the Varanasi skyline. Building things in an old city like this is never simple, and there are always new challenges to face. We don't use any big words or marketing talk. We just tell people what is possible and what isn't when it comes to construction. It’s a tough job and it requires a lot of patience with the local regulations and the weather. We have a small team of dedicated people who know the building trade well. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking over some new plans. We keep things straightforward and honest with everyone we work with, as that is the only way we know how to do it. It is just basic work for our city.
