Mukund Gas Service

Mukund Gas Service is based out of Plot No.152/2 in Samane Ghat, Lanka. It’s a busy part of the city. We deal with gas cylinders all day long, so there is always a lot of heavy lifting going on. You can hear the clanging of metal when the trucks are being loaded up in the morning. It’s a bit of a rough-and-tumble environment. The yard is usually full of empty tanks waiting to be sorted. We have a small office on the plot where we handle the bookings and the paperwork. It gets quite hot under the tin roof in the summer, but we have a couple of big fans that help. Lanka is a crowded area, so navigating the delivery trucks through the narrow spots can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve got a team of guys who know the shortcuts. We don't have time for a lot of talk; there are always more deliveries to get out. The phone rings a lot with people asking when their refill is coming. We just try to get to everyone as fast as we can. It’s manual work and it’s tiring, but it’s what we’ve been doing for years. We aren't fancy and we don't have a showroom. It’s just a plot of land where we work hard and try to keep the neighborhood supplied. That is pretty much the whole story. We just keep the wheels moving.
