You can find us in Lahurabir, Varanasi, on Kabir Road. We are in the Nadesar area, right near the SBI ATM, which makes it easy for people to give directions to our place. Being in Varanasi, there is always a lot of energy and people around. Our shop is old and has that specific smell of paper and time. We handle a variety of goods, and the shelves are packed from the floor to the ceiling. We still use some old-fashioned ways of doing things, like hand-written receipts and heavy iron locks. It’s how we’ve always done it. The traffic on Kabir Road is usually a mess, with rickshaws and bikes honking constantly. We sit on our stools and wait for customers to come in. Sometimes we spend more time chatting with the neighbors than actually working, but that’s just how things go here. We don't have a website or a big advertising budget. People know our name because we’ve been at this spot for so long. We deal with whatever the day brings, whether it’s a big order or just someone stopping by to ask for directions. It’s a slow-paced life in some ways, even with all the noise outside. We just keep the doors open and do our bit. It’s a family-run feeling, even if we are busy with paperwork and stock.
