Jcna Spice Store

Starting work every day at Jcna Spice Store means smelling a lot of different things as soon as you walk in. We are located right on the Main Road in Shivpur. It is quite easy to find us because we are very close to the Shiv Temple. You can usually hear the temple bells from our front door. The shop isn't huge, but we pack a lot into it. Dealing with spices is a messy business sometimes. Dust gets everywhere, and your clothes end up smelling like cumin or coriander by the end of the shift. Shivpur is a busy area, so there is always someone popping in. We spend a lot of time weighing things out and putting them into bags. It is simple work, really. The traffic on the Main Road can be a bit loud during the afternoons. Sometimes we have to shout over the trucks to hear what someone is saying. We don’t have any fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just shelves and sacks of what we sell. I’ve lived around here for years, so I know most of the faces that come through the door. It feels like a neighborhood spot. We try to keep things organized, though it doesn't always stay that way when it's busy. Just a regular spice shop doing what we do every day. It's nothing special, but it's our job and we do it. Most days we close up just as it's getting dark and the temple starts its evening prayers.
