Ajanta Event Company

We started Ajanta Event Company a while back. Our office is on Nagar Nigam Road in Sigra, right here in Varanasi. If you know where Happy Model School is, we are quite close to that. It is a busy area but we like being here because everyone knows the landmark. We mostly spend our days talking to people about their functions and trying to figure out how to make things work within their budget. It is not always easy, especially when traffic gets bad around Sigra, but we manage. We have a small team. Usually, one of us is out checking on a venue while the other stays at the desk to answer the phone. We don't have a big fancy setup, just a practical space where we keep our files and meet clients. Sometimes people just drop by because they saw our sign while heading to the school or the main road. We try to be helpful. It’s mostly about getting the decorations right and making sure the lights don’t fail halfway through an evening. We know the local vendors around Nagar Nigam Road pretty well, which helps when we need something last minute. Being in Varanasi means there is always some festival or wedding happening, so we stay busy enough. We just take it one day at a time and try to do what we said we would do. If you are around Sigra, you can usually find someone in the office during the day. We are not a corporate giant, just locals doing our job.
