Our business, Jagdish Prasad Bhan Prakash, is located at 45A, Adhya Sradhya Ghat Road. We are right below the Indian Overseas Bank, so we are pretty easy to find if you know where to look. The street outside is always full of people and noise. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been part of it for many years. Our office is a bit crowded with books, files, and samples of what we handle. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us sitting at a desk. We prefer it that way because it’s more direct. We don't use any of those modern marketing phrases or corporate talk. We just tell you what we have and what the price is. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time, so they are more like friends now. We drink a lot of tea and handle our business face to face. It gets a bit hot in the summer because the building is old, but the fans keep the air moving well enough. We don't have a grand vision for the future or anything like that. We just want to keep the business steady and treat people fairly. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us for a long time.
