First Impression Tuition Buraeu

First Impression Tuition Buraeu is based out of the 221005 zip code area in Varanasi. We don’t really have a big classroom where everyone comes to sit and listen to a lecture. Instead, we mostly coordinate things from our small office and help connect students with people who can teach them at their own homes. It’s a bit different from a regular school setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting parents to understand what their kids need. The office is quite small, just a desk, a couple of chairs, and a lot of files. We keep track of many different teachers who are good at various subjects. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time. We have been doing this for several years now. We started it because we saw how many parents were looking for someone to come to their house to help. It saves them the trouble of driving their kids around in the heavy Varanasi traffic. We don’t have any fancy branding or a big marketing budget. We just talk to people and try to find a good match for them. Sometimes it’s for a primary school student, other times it is for someone preparing for their boards. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized. It is a lot of paperwork, but we manage. Most of our day is spent calling.
