Dream Solution Event Management

Our office is at DK 64 / 105 in the Kabir Chaura area of Varanasi. We are right beside Hotel Blue Katra, inside the Mewa Katra building. It’s a very crowded market area, so there is always something happening outside our door. We do event management, which basically means we spend our days trying to keep things from falling apart. Whether it’s a wedding or a local meeting, we handle the logistics and the planning. The office is full of files, old banners, and notebooks from past jobs. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work for us. Kabir Chaura is a famous spot, so we get a lot of walk-in inquiries from people shopping in the Katra. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy showroom. We just sit here and take care of the details that other people usually find stressful. Sometimes we are out at sites until very late at night making sure everything is ready for the next morning. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about events. It involves a lot of lifting, talking to vendors, and checking lists multiple times. But we’ve been doing this in Varanasi for a while now and we know how the local systems work. That’s our main thing—just knowing who to call to get things done. We stay busy and we like the location because everything we need is just a short walk away. It’s a simple life here.
