You can find Charly X Tours & Events Pvt Ltd over in Varanasi. We are situated at B2-41B, Bhaidini, right in the Bhelupura area. Our office is actually above the Kerala Cafe, which is great because we can always smell the food from downstairs. Sometimes we just go down there for a quick bite when things get too hectic upstairs. The space we have is filled with maps and travel brochures, along with all the files for the events we manage. It’s a bit of a mix here because we do both tours and events. Varanasi is a busy, crowded city, and Bhelupura is no exception. There is always the sound of rickshaws and horns coming through the window while we work. We try to keep things moving along, but sometimes the pace of the city slows us down. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s just a local team that knows the city well. We spend a lot of time talking to people, trying to figure out the best routes or the best spots for a setup. There are days when nothing seems to go right, but we just keep at it until it's done. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just arrange things and hope the traffic isn't too bad on the day of the event. It’s a simple life, but we like the variety of people we get to meet here above the cafe.
