The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular brick and mortar place in a crowded lane. We fit in with the other shops and offices around here. Inside, it’s mostly just us and a lot of equipment. We don't have a big reception area or anything fancy. You just walk in and see us working. It gets pretty hot in the summer months, so we keep the fans going all day. We know the tea seller around the corner pretty well by now; he brings us snacks sometimes. The work we do keeps us busy from morning until late evening. It’s a local operation, run by people who live right here in the city. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just fix things and keep the connections going for whoever needs it. It’s a lot of manual work sometimes, climbing around or sorting out wires. We just get on with it without complaining. It’s a honest day's work in a very old part of town. We are just part of the local scenery now.
