It’s a small shop, honestly, and it gets pretty cramped when we have more than three people inside at once. Computers are everywhere—laptops on the counters, towers on the floor, and cables tangled up in the corners. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us since we first opened our doors. Varanasi is a loud, energetic city, and our street is no exception. You can hear the bikes and the rickshaws all day long. We just sit here and work through the repairs. It’s not a polished business; the floor is a bit uneven and the paint is peeling in a couple of spots, but that doesn't matter much for fixing motherboards. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just open up in the morning, check what’s broken, and try to get it back to the owner as soon as we can. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive from the bigger cities, but people around here are patient. We know most of our regulars by name. It’s just a normal, local computer shop where we do our best with the tools we have. It is what it is.
