Banarsi Masala

Our place, Banarsi Masala, is located at Plot No. C-610 in the Dda Colony of Bada Lalpur. we are actually quite close to the International Hockey Stadium, so we hear the noise from there whenever there is a big event or practice going on. It is a decent neighborhood to be in, with people always coming and going through the colony streets. We have a small operation here where we deal with different kinds of spices every day. The shop itself is pretty simple, with bags stacked up and the smell of cardamom and cumin hanging in the air. We don't have any fancy office or big showroom, just the workspace where the real work happens. Most of our day is spent checking the bags that come in and making sure the grinding is done right. It can get a bit loud with the machinery running, but that is just part of the daily routine for us. Living and working in Bada Lalpur has its ups and downs, like the traffic near the stadium or the summer heat, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are just local people trying to run a steady business. We do not use any big marketing tricks, we just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start the day. It is a bit cramped sometimes at Plot C-610, but we make it work with what we have. It’s not perfect but it’s ours.
