Shri Krishna Telecom

We are located at unit number 2 in Akansha Complex, right near Morarji Circle in the GIDC area. It’s a very industrial part of town, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. We’ve been here at Shri Krishna Telecom for a few years now. Most of our day is spent dealing with phones, connections, and all the small parts that go with them. The shop is small, but we’ve managed to fit a lot into it. We have a glass counter where we show the different gadgets, and a small repair bench in the back that is always a bit messy with screwdrivers and tiny components. People from the nearby factories often drop by during their lunch breaks to get their screens fixed or buy a new charger. We don't have a big staff, just two or three of us who know how to handle the technical side of things. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fan running constantly. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sell people things they don't need. Usually, someone comes in with a broken phone, and we tell them if it’s worth fixing or if they should just get a new one. It’s an honest way to do things and the locals seem to appreciate it. We’ve built up a good number of regulars who trust us with their devices. We just show up, do the repairs, and go home. It’s a simple, steady life here at Morarji Circle.
