Our place is located at No. 129 in the B Wing of Raghuvir Complex. It’s right there at the Char Rasta in the GIDC area, which is always busy with trucks and people moving things around. Being in an industrial zone like this means there is always a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just how work goes. We have been here for a good while, mostly dealing with whatever supplies or materials the local factories are looking for. It is not a shiny office, just a practical space where we keep our stock and handle the paperwork. Sometimes the elevator in the complex acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. We aren’t a big company with hundreds of employees, just a handful of us making sure things run smooth. Most of our customers are from the nearby units and they just give us a call or drop in when they are passing by the junction. We try to keep things straightforward and honest because news travels fast in GIDC. If we don’t have something, we say so. There’s no point in making promises we can't keep. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially during the summer heat. But it’s a good community of businesses around here and we all look out for each other in our own way. We keep the shop open early and usually stay until the last delivery is sorted.
