Our shop is on the first floor of Bhanu Hills, which is right on Koparli Road. We are situated at Shop No. 108, directly across from R.K. Desai College. Having the college right there means we see a lot of students coming in and out, usually in a hurry because their project is due and their laptop just quit. It’s a busy atmosphere most days. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep, but once you're inside, it’s a fairly open space with different systems set up for people to see. We have a few desks where we do the actual repairs and assembly. It’s often a mess of wires and screwdrivers, but we know where everything is. The view from the window looks out over the main road, so we watch the traffic crawl by while we’re working on software updates. We don’t go for any high-pressure sales tactics. If a computer is old and not worth fixing, we just say so. It’s easier to be direct with people. We carry a lot of basic supplies like mice, keyboards, and flash drives because someone is always losing one. The lights stay on until late because that’s when most people have time to drop off their machines after work or classes. It’s a simple, local operation run by people who just like taking things apart and putting them back together.
