Raj Engineering Company is located out at Plot No. 620100 in the Sed Area of G.I.D.C. We are right opposite Masons House, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us in this industrial zone. Being in an area like this means there is always a lot of noise and heavy trucks moving around the corner. It's not the cleanest place in the world, but it's where the real work happens. We spend our days dealing with parts and machinery. The heat in the G.I.D.C area can be pretty tough during the summer months when the sun hits the metal roofs. We just have a basic shop floor and a small office space for our records. It’s not about looking good for visitors, it's about making sure the engineering work is done right. We have some older machines that still run great and a few newer things too. The guys here have been working in this field for a long time. We know the smells of grease and metal like the back of our hands. It's a lot of manual labor and standing on your feet all day. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a specific job that needs to go out by morning. There isn't much around here besides other factories and workshops. We usually just bring our lunch from home and eat in the break area near the back. It’s a simple life but it's honest. We don't do much marketing, people usually hear about us from others in the trade.
