Param Flavours

Param Flavours is based at Plot No.7 in Madhav Industrial Park 1. This is over in the Balsar area. Being in an industrial park means we are surrounded by other workshops, small factories, and lots of noise. It is a functional space where we work on different flavor profiles throughout the week. The smells around the plot can be quite strong and varied, depending on what we are mixing or processing that day. We have a small team here that looks after the equipment and the raw ingredients. The days are usually spent measuring things out carefully and testing how different elements come together. It is not a glamorous job, but it is interesting to see how the flavors turn out in the end. Madhav Industrial Park is a busy place with a lot of movement and trucks. We see people delivering raw materials every morning and loading up finished goods. Our unit is not huge, and we keep everything tucked into the corners because the space is limited. We keep the floors clean and the containers sealed up tight to keep everything fresh. Most of the people working here live nearby in Balsar or the surrounding areas. We have our lunch together in the small break area when we get a chance. It is a simple setup without any fancy corporate bells or whistles. We focus on the work at hand and try to keep things organized as best as we can. Sometimes the machines need a bit of extra attention, but we handle it as it comes.
