Polyera Industries

Polyera Industries is based out of Plot No. C1B-246/3 in the GIDC area. It’s a typical industrial plot with enough room for our machinery and a bit of storage. We work with various materials, mostly things related to the polymer side of things. It involves a lot of heat and some heavy lifting. The air inside the unit always smells a certain way, kind of like hot plastic, but you get used to it after the first few days. We are a small crew. We don't have a big human resources department or a public relations person. If someone has a question, they just ask the person standing next to them. We spend most of our time keeping an eye on the production line. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit around and wait, which is frustrating, but that’s life in an industrial zone. We’ve been in this GIDC spot for a while now. The building has some wear and tear, but everything inside works like it should. We aren't trying to change the world. We just make our products and try to keep our customers happy so they come back next time. It’s basic, honest work. We show up, we do the job, and we go home. That’s really all there is to it at Polyera. We just keep our heads down and keep the output steady.
