Kesar Ifra

Kesar Ifra is located at Plot No 150 and Pashe Gidc Estate. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you’re here, it’s a pretty straightforward place. We’ve got our setup here in the Gidc Estate, and it stays pretty busy from morning until late. We aren't the type to sit around in meetings all day. Usually, we’re out on the floor or in the storage area, moving things around and checking our stock. The estate has its own rhythm, with trucks coming in early and the sound of machinery everywhere. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy. We’ve had to learn a lot over the years about how to keep things running when things get busy. Sometimes we make mistakes, like putting a box in the wrong place, but we just fix it and move on. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. If someone asks, we just tell them we’re Kesar Ifra and we’re working out of Plot No 150. We try to keep our overhead low and our focus on the daily tasks. It’s an honest way to make a living. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a plus. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of whatever comes through the gate. It's just simple industrial work.
