Sanskriti Plaway School

If you head down Vashier Atul Road in Atul, you’ll see Sanskriti Plaway School. We are tucked away in that part of Valsad, specifically the 396020 area. Since it’s a playway school, there is always a lot of noise. Little kids running around, playing with toys, and sometimes crying for their parents. It’s a different kind of energy compared to a regular office. We spend our mornings setting out mats and toys and making sure the rooms are safe for toddlers. The road outside can get a bit busy with people going toward the factory or the main town, but inside it’s just us and the kids. We have a few staff members who have been here since the start. We don't use a lot of big words or have fancy brochures. We just show parents where their kids will be sitting and what they will be doing during the day. Sometimes we have to change plans because of the weather or if the electricity goes out, which happens now and then. We have a small yard where they can run a bit when it isn't too hot. It’s a straightforward setup. We keep track of everything in big notebooks and try to keep the place as tidy as you can with twenty toddlers around. It's a busy, messy, and very real kind of place to work. We just keep going day by day and try to make sure everyone is happy and safe until the parents come back.
