About Chobadiya Primary School – Education in Valsad
Most people find us easily enough in Dhanori, which is out in the Valsad area. It’s a basic place where we spend most of our daylight hours. You can see the building clearly from the main path leading into the village. Most days, the kids start showing up around eight. They come from the nearby houses and the surrounding fields. The rooms are simple with desks that have seen better days, but they work fine for the daily lessons. We have a small open area where the children play during the morning breaks. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, especially in the dry season. We keep a few registers on the main desk and some old maps on the walls for geography. It isn’t a huge facility or anything like that. It’s just Chobadiya Primary School. Parents stop by sometimes to ask about their kids or just to say hello while they’re passing through. We handle the usual subjects like math and reading. The bells ring for lunch and everyone scatters for a bit to eat their tiffins. It’s a regular routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We try to keep things organized, though papers sometimes pile up on the wooden shelves. There’s a specific way the light hits the front door in the afternoon when things are winding down. People in Dhanori know where we are if they need anything related to the school and that is how we like it.
