Our place is in the GIDC in Umbergaon, specifically Plot No. 127 in the Valsad district. Umbergaon is a busy industrial town, and being in the GIDC means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops. We make machinery for the plastics industry. It’s technical work, but we try to keep it simple. The factory floor is where most of the action happens. We have various machines for cutting and shaping metal. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the hum of the machines. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. You can usually talk directly to the person in charge of your order. We value honesty. If a part is going to take two weeks, we say it’ll take two weeks. We don't like making excuses. The weather here can be quite humid since we are in Valsad, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for their plastic machinery needs for a long time. They know we just focus on getting the job done. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. We'd rather spend that time checking the alignment on a new machine before it goes out. It’s just how we prefer to run things in our workshop every single day.
