Newtech Machines

Down here at C-1/510 in Gidc is where you will find Newtech Machines. The area is full of workshops and small factories so there is always a lot of truck traffic and noise from the nearby units. We have a modest setup that gets the job done without much fuss. It is mostly metal work and keeping the machines in good shape. My desk is covered in papers and old notebooks because things get busy and I forget to tidy up. The staff comes in early and we usually start the day with some tea while looking over what needs to be finished. It is not a very quiet place especially in the afternoons when everyone is working at full speed. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we just wait it out or do some manual cleaning while the machines are idle. We have been at this Gidc location for quite some time now so we know most of the people on this street. It is a tight-knit community of workers and small owners. We do not spend much on decorations or making the front look pretty because the real work happens inside. If you walk past you might see some scrap metal or crates waiting to be picked up. That is just part of the daily routine here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand.
