Patson Foods (India) Pvt Ltd is located right on Vada Road, near N.H.No.8 in Sisodra, specifically the Ganesh area. It is a good spot for a food company because the highway is right there for transport. We have a fairly large facility here. You can usually hear the sound of the machinery humming from the road. Inside, it is all about the production lines. We spend our days making sure the ingredients are right and the machines are clean. It is a busy place, especially when we have a big run of products to get out. The staff here mostly comes from the nearby areas, so it feels like a local workplace even though we send our food products quite far. We don't have a big corporate headquarters with a lot of glass and steel. Our building is practical and built for the work we do. There is a lot of stainless steel and white tiles everywhere to keep things proper. Some days are long, especially when the harvest comes in and we have a lot to process at once. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the quality is what it should be. The office part of the building is just a few rooms where we handle the orders and the billing. It’s a real, working food plant. Everyone knows their job and we just get on with it from morning until evening.
