Patson Foods (Pvt. Ltd. is located right off Vada Road, specifically near NH No. 8 in Sisodara. Being so close to the highway makes it easy for the trucks to get to us. We deal with a lot of fruits and vegetables here. Depending on the time of year, we might be processing mangoes or something else that’s in season. The air around the facility usually smells like whatever we are cooking or canning that day. It’s a noisy place with a lot of steam and the sound of metal cans clanking together. The office part is just a few rooms tucked away from the main production area. It gets dusty because of the road nearby, but we just keep cleaning it up. We have a lot of local workers who come in every shift. It’s hard work, especially when it’s hot outside. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. Mostly just schedules and safety signs. We try to get the produce processed as fast as possible so it stays fresh. Sometimes the machines break down right in the middle of a big batch, which is always a struggle. We just fix them and keep going. It’s a very practical kind of life here in Sisodara. We make sure the food is packed right and sent out on the highway to reach different markets. It is just honest work that keeps us moving.
