We are located at Plot No. 100 on Silvassa Road. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of noise and trucks passing by outside. Inside, we deal with the chemical side of things. It’s a lot of mixing, testing, and making sure the batches are right. It gets a bit hot in the facility, especially during the summer months, but that's just part of the job. We've got a team that’s been doing this for years, so everyone knows the smells and the sounds of the machinery. It isn't a clean-suit lab like you see in movies; it's a real factory floor where things get done. We spend a lot of time checking labels and moving barrels around. The office part is just a small corner where we handle the orders and the shipping notes. We don't really do much advertising because the work usually speaks for itself among the people who buy from us. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it, which is frustrating but that’s how it goes. We just focus on keeping the production line moving so we can get home to our families. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. Being on Silvassa Road makes it easy for the lorries to find us, which helps a lot. We mostly just keep to ourselves and get the barrels filled and ready for the morning pickup. It is a bit loud and messy, but it works for us.
