About Oza Fibre Glass – Industrial Plant & Machines in Valsad
We’ve been at Plot No. C1/2320 in the 3rd Phase for quite a while now. Most people know us because we’re right across from Micro Ink at Unit-1. Working with fiberglass is what we do every day. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just the nature of the job at Oza Fibre Glass. The morning usually starts with checking the resins and getting the molds ready. We aren't a huge operation, just a group of people who know how to handle these materials. Sometimes the heat in the workshop gets to be a lot, especially in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and stay on track. If you walk by, you’ll probably see the guys out front moving finished parts around or unloading supplies. It’s a busy spot. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but we’re still here doing the same things. It’s mostly just hard work and getting the orders out on time. We don't spend much time on fancy offices or anything like that. Most of our day is spent on the shop floor. It’s about making sure things are done right before they leave the gate. We’ve got a routine down now, and it works for us. Living and working here in the industrial area means there’s always something going on around the plot. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the glass work. It’s what we know best.
