Navkar Paper Tube

Our place is in Vapi, specifically in the 4th Phase of the GIDC. We operate out of an L Type Shed, number 5309-3. Vapi is a real industrial town, and our area is always full of activity and trucks moving in and out. We spend most of our time dealing with paper tubes. There are rolls of heavy paper and finished tubes stacked up almost to the ceiling in some parts of the workshop. It’s a lot of manual labor, mostly loading and unloading materials. We aren’t a big company with many layers. It is just a handful of us who know how to run the winding and cutting machines. It gets pretty loud when the blades are going, and paper dust tends to settle on everything. We don't have any formal business training; we just learned the trade by doing it every single day for years. When the weather gets humid, the paper can be a bit tricky to work with, so we have to adjust things as we go. We don't really bother with advertising. Most of our orders come from other factories nearby that need our tubes for their own products. We usually have a quick lunch and then get right back to the machines. It is a straightforward, practical business. We just try to keep the equipment running and get the orders out to the people waiting for them. It is what we know how to do.
