Shree Sai Rubber Product

We are located at Plot No. 722 on Road No. 07 in the Gidc Estate. Shree Sai Rubber Product is mostly just a workshop where we press and mold rubber into different shapes. The machines we use are quite old and they make a heavy thumping sound that you can hear from the street. Road No. 07 is always busy with lorries, so it can be a bit of a struggle to get our own deliveries in and out. We make things like bushes, washers, and other small rubber bits that people use for machinery. The smell of raw rubber is very strong, especially when the heaters are turned on in the morning. We don't have a big staff, just a few local guys who know how to handle the molds without getting burned. Our workspace is pretty cluttered with finished parts and old molds that we might need again someday. There isn't a lot of light inside, so we use these big overhead lamps that attract a lot of bugs in the evening. We don't bother with fancy packaging; we just put the parts in gunny bags and label them with a marker. It’s basic, manual work, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We like the routine of it, starting at eight and finishing when the last press is emptied. It takes time to get the rubber just right, but we aren't in a hurry.
