Toll India Logistics is based out of House No.-11 in Scenic Acre, right there in Chala. If you know the area in Vapi, you know we are right beside the Old Panchayat Office on the Vapi-Daman Road. It’s a dusty spot because of all the trucks moving back and forth all day long. This isn't a place for fancy clothes; it’s a place for boots and clipboards. We handle a lot of logistics, which basically means we spend our time worrying about where things are and why they haven't arrived yet. The office is simple and functional. We have a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers. Vapi is a major industrial hub, so there is never a quiet moment. You can hear the engines rumbling from the road at all hours. We don't try to pretend we are anything other than a working logistics office. Sometimes the paperwork gets stacked high, and the heat in Gujarat can make the afternoons feel very long, I guess. We aren't here to give you a polished presentation. We are just here to make sure the cargo gets moved from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s a lot of coordination and occasionally some frustration when the roads are blocked, but that’s the business. We just do our best to stay on top of the schedule every day.
