Customer Care Executive

Customer Care Executive is what we go by here at our office in Valsad. We are located on the 3rd floor of the Jagadamba Appt, which is right across from Dr. Disa Hospital. If you are walking down Nana Taiwad Road in the Mullawadi area, you will see the building. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually quite active because of the hospital. It’s mostly just us handling calls and dealing with customer issues all day long. It can get a bit loud in the office when everyone is on the phone at once, but we manage. We’ve been at this 3-A address for a bit now, and most people in the local area know where the apartment complex is. It’s a simple setup—just desks, phones, and computers. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that. It’s a workspace for people who need to get their questions answered. The 396001 pin code is our little corner of Gujarat. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just regular work for us, nothing too special or over the top. We try to be helpful when people call in, even when the lines get busy. It’s a straightforward life here in Valsad, and we just keep things running as best as we can from our little spot in Jagadamba Appt.
