Facilatator

Facilatator is based out in the Valsad area of Gujarat. You can find us on the Segva Khergam Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but it’s a nice enough spot to work from. We’ve been around this part of India for quite some time now. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the trucks go by, but generally, it’s a decent place to be. We don’t have a fancy office with a lot of signs or big lights. It’s just a practical building where we handle the facilitating work that needs doing. People around here know us as the folks who help get things moving along. There isn't a lot of mystery to what we do; we just show up, look at what needs to be organized, and get to it. The weather around Segva Khergam Road can get pretty hot in the summer months, so we usually keep the fans going all day. We are just a small team of local people. We don’t use big words or have long meetings about missions and visions. We just talk about what needs to happen today and then we do it. It’s a very grounded way of working. Being in Gujarat, we see a lot of different people coming through, and we try to be useful to whoever stops by. It’s a quiet life at Facilatator, and we are quite content with how things are going on our little stretch of road.
