We operate out of room A/301 on the 3rd floor of the Miraj Co-operative Housing Society. It’s near the Natubhai Center, which is a pretty well-known landmark in this area. It’s a bit unusual being in a housing society, but it makes for a more relaxed atmosphere compared to a big office tower. We are an infrastructure firm, but our office feels more like a small community space. There are usually files everywhere and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people about local infra work. It’s not a polished environment; it’s a working office where things get done. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We like it here because it's convenient and the neighbors are friendly. Most of our day is spent balancing the books and making sure the crews have what they need at the sites. We aren't big on formalities. If you stop by, you'll probably find us mid-discussion about a project or buried under some blueprints. It’s a simple setup for a small team. We work hard, sometimes late into the evening if a deadline is approaching. It’s just the way things go when you’re running a small infra business. We focus on the work and don't worry too much about the rest of it.
