Dharti Developers

We are over at Shakti Apartment on the Sama - Savli Road. It’s a busy part of Vadodara, especially with all the traffic coming off the Baner Pashan Link Road side. Our office at Dharti Developers is basically one main room where we keep all the blueprints and the site maps. There’s always a layer of fine dust on the windows because of the road construction nearby, but that’s just part of being in this area. We have a couple of plastic chairs for visitors and a big wooden table that has seen better days. It’s got coffee rings all over it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at land records. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour in the afternoon, and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. It’s not a quiet place, you can always hear the horns and the bikes outside. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. Everyone in the apartment block knows us. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep the files organized, though they usually end up in a mess by Friday afternoon. The neighborhood is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of it, watching the new shops open up down the street. It feels like a real community here in Vadodara, and we like being part of the daily bustle.
