If you are looking for us, we are at 102 in the Ambalaya Complex. It’s right there in Dandia Bazar, specifically across from the Faculty of Technology. Because of the college nearby, there are always students hanging around or rushing to their classes. It keeps the area feeling young and busy. Vyas Sharad Balkrishna is the name on the door. The complex itself is one of those buildings that has a lot of different small businesses inside. You can hear the printers going in one office and someone talking on the phone in another. Our room, 102, is on the first floor, so it’s easy to reach without needing the lift. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but they’ve been that color for so long I don’t think I’d recognize the place if it changed. There’s a big window that looks out towards the street, but I usually keep the curtains half-closed to keep the sun from hitting my desk. Dandia Bazar is a good place to be because everything is central. I’ve been here long enough that the traffic noise just sounds like background music now. We don't have any fancy signs or big displays, just the name and the room number. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us. Usually, I stay until late afternoon before heading home and closing up for the day.
