I’m Kailash Bhailal Patel and I run my business out of B/35 on Ajwa Road. We are specifically at Akshar Chowk, which is a well-known spot near the Sardar Estate. If you know the estate, you won't have any trouble finding us. The area stays pretty busy because of all the industrial and commercial activity nearby. My office is a humble one. I have a few old desks and a lot of shelving for all the documents and items we need to keep track of. It’s a bit dusty because of the road traffic, but we try to keep it as clean as we can. I’ve spent most of my working life in this part of town. I like being near Akshar Chowk because it feels like the heart of our local area. There’s always a tea stall nearby and people moving about. My days are usually filled with phone calls and people dropping in to check on their orders or paperwork. We don't have a big staff or a fancy website. It’s just us doing our thing day by day. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but usually, I try to head home once the sun goes down. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We just provide what’s needed from this little corner of Ajwa Road.
