Vishal Industry

Vishal Industry is located at 988/10 in the Gidc Estate at Asoj. It’s quite a long walk from the main entrance of the estate if you don't have a bike or a scooter. We are surrounded by other industrial units on all sides, so there is always a low hum of machinery in the background no matter what time it is. Our unit is a decent size, with high ceilings that help a bit with the heat when the sun is out. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just some big industrial fans that move the air around and make a lot of noise. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high in the sky. The first thing we do is check the machines and make sure everything is oiled up for the day’s work. The concrete floor has some cracks here and there, but it’s solid enough for what we do. We’ve been at this location for a good while now, and we know all the delivery drivers and the tea seller by name. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, and we all just sit outside in the shade of the building until it comes back on. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We wear work clothes that get dirty within the first hour of the shift. We focus on getting the tasks done and keeping the equipment running. It’s simple, honest work at Asoj, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else.
