Our workshop is located at 749/9 in GIDC Makarpura. Wearresist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this industrial estate for quite a while now. If you've spent any time in Makarpura, you know it's a place where things are made and fixed. Our building is a standard industrial unit, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just equipment and the smell of metal and grease. We don't have a fancy corporate office; we mostly work right where the machines are. It gets pretty hot during the summer, but we have some fans that keep the air moving a little bit. We spend our days focusing on the technical side of things, making sure everything is built to the right specs. It’s a lot of manual work and checking measurements over and over again. We aren't big on marketing ourselves or having a huge sales team. Most people find us because they need something specific and heard we could do it. The guys on the floor have been doing this for years, so they know the machines better than anyone. We keep a pretty tight schedule to make sure we don't fall behind on what we promised. It’s a no-nonsense kind of environment where we just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized among all the parts and tools.
