You can find us at number 22, Greenwood on Sardarpatel Marg, which is along the Savashi Ankodia Road in Vadodara. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the city center, which we actually prefer for our daily work. We handle realty projects and spend a lot of our time looking at different properties and land parcels around the 390021 area. Our office is a simple place where we manage all the back-end stuff. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls; it’s more of a local workspace where the team feels comfortable. We’ve been here for several years and have seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit. There’s a lot of construction happening nearby, so things are always changing. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound like a giant firm. We just focus on the real estate work we have in front of us. Most of the people who work here have lived in Vadodara for a long time, so we know the city inside and out. It’s a straightforward way of doing business without any extra fluff. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere, but that’s just a sign that we are working hard. We like being part of the Greenwood community and plan to keep our base here on Sardarpatel Marg for a long time.
