Vidita Realty & Shivam Developer Infracon Llp is based over at Rudraraj Duplex on Gotri Road. We are at Block 18, which is right behind the Aaiyappa Temple and near the Gopigeet Society. We started out as a small operation and we mostly deal with local building projects and land management these days. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and a lot of files. Some days it is just one of us here answering the phone while the others are out at sites. We work on different construction jobs around Vadodara. It involves a lot of paperwork and checking on progress. Dealing with land and buildings isn't always easy because there are often delays or things that don't go exactly as planned. But we just keep at it. Most of our work comes from people talking to each other in the neighborhood. We have been at this Gotri Road spot for a while now. It is easy for people to drop by when they are heading to the temple or running errands nearby. We usually have a pot of tea going in the afternoon if you want to stop in. It is a pretty simple operation and we try to get the jobs done without making a big fuss. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a while. We handle a mix of things, from basic infrastructure to smaller real estate deals. It is just honest work.
