Universal Aqua Care

Our shop, Universal Aqua Care, is located at 224 J P Road in Sayajigunj. It’s a good location because there’s always people walking by. We focus on water filters and cleaning systems. In this area, the water can be a bit rough on pipes and appliances, so we stay pretty busy. The shop is filled with different types of filters and spare parts. We have some units on display, but it’s mostly just a workspace where we fix things. We spend a lot of time out at people’s houses or businesses too. Sayajigunj is a lively part of town and we’ve been here for quite some time. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just a local business where we know the people who live nearby. The shop gets a bit cluttered with all the tools and old parts we keep for spares. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just do the work and word of mouth usually keeps the phone ringing. Most days start with a cup of tea and looking over the list of jobs for the day. It’s simple, steady work. We try to be honest about what needs fixing and what doesn't. Sometimes the traffic on J P Road makes it hard for customers to park, but they usually find a way. It's just us doing our thing.
